Geisha? Not sure

It is not every day that you see women dressed like this walking down
the street. We don't know whether these were real geisha or tourists
who had paid to be dressed up, but their kimono, accessories, hair and
makeup were way beyond any others we saw today and we wanted to share
them with you.
